We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to lead and manage all aspects of financial reporting and accounting operations within our organization. The Controller will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and overseeing financial analysis and budgeting. This individual will work closely with our Head of Finance and collaborate with senior management to provide accurate financial insights, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with financial systems implementation or upgrades.
• Experience in managing financial operations for a mid-sized company or growing organization.
• Familiarity with tax laws and compliance requirements.
