The Finance Manager works closely with the Director of Finance & Administration to oversee the business operations of an in-demand architecture firm. The role includes accounts receivable / billing, accounts payable, account analysis, registrations, bank and credit card reconciliations, cash and general ledger accounts and assisting with payroll, budgeting, forecasting, 401K and insurance policy management.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
5+ years of experience, ideally in an architecture, engineering, or design firm
Must have billing and Deltek Vantagepoint experience

Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
