Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhouse

Benefiting Art Farm at Serenbe’s Decorative Arts Fellowship, the 12th annual showhouse returns, this time to a four-bedroom, 3,185-square-foot home featuring the work of more than 12 designers alongside a curated pop-up shop. For more information, click here.
Autumn Decorative Antiques & Textiles Fair
London | September 30–October 5
This triannual fair unites more than 130 dealers in antiques, modernist design, and fine and decorative art in one place. Taking place at Evolution London in Battersea Park, the event features an array of traditional and decorative antiques, early-20th-century design items, and accessories from the 1700s to the 1970s, as well as contemporary paintings, prints and sculptures. Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York
New York | September 30–October 19
The previously postponed showhouse returns to New York, this time in a historic Greenwich Village townhouse. The 50th anniversary event features rooms by 21 designers, including Ben Pentreath, Corey Damen Jenkins and Eve Robinson. The proceeds benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. The 15th annual monthlong citywide festival celebrates all things architecture in New York, with over 1,500 events—a mix of tours, lectures, workshops, panels and exhibits in partnership with museums, parks, advocacy groups and more. Curating an Equitable Art Collection

The day before Design Chicago kicks off, Serena & Lily is hosting an evening celebrating its new editorial destination, The Library. Design Week Mexico

Taking place in Mexico City, this annual design week boasts numerous events, panels and galleries showcasing what’s new in Mexican and international design. This year’s offerings include “Print,” an exhibit focused on graphic design, and “Vision & Tradition,” a residency program that features designers and artisans from Argentina. Frederic Magazine 2025 It List Awards Gala

The Midwest’s largest residential design conference returns to the Mart, featuring the latest in kitchen, bath and home furnishings products. Flower Magazine Nashville Showhouse

The Flower magazine showhouse returns, this time in a 20,000-square-foot Nashville estate. The property—which features six bedrooms, 11 baths, a wood-paneled study, a gourmet kitchen with scullery, a two-stall barn, and riding trails—has been reimagined by 23 designers, including Corey Damen Jenkins, Mark D. Field + Supply Fall Mrkt
Kingston, New York | October 10–12
The biannual maker’s market, which celebrates its 11th anniversary this year, connects the design community with expert artisans for a shopping experience that showcases 275 vendors across apparel, home goods, furnishings, textiles, ceramics, lighting and art. Brands this year include Arc Ceramics and textile designer Christian Rathbone. The Hudson Valley event also features live music, demos, book signings and happy hours. Palm Springs Modernism Week

Celebrating midcentury architecture and design in the desert resort city, this biannual four-day festival gives thousands of attendees an opportunity to interact with 350 events. The fall installment of the fair features a double-decker-bus architecture tour, the signature Modernism show, and home tours in more than 30 neighborhoods, as well as film screenings, live music, fashion shows, and lectures that encourage architectural preservation and sustainable living. The San Francisco Fall Show

This annual Fort Mason event, established in 1982, is one of the longest-running art, antiques and design fairs on the West Coast. The show boasts dozens of dealers from around the world showcasing paintings, furniture, ceramics, jewelry and rugs. Design Dialogues: Navigating Outdoor Kitchen Options
