Assisting with project research, sourcing, and vendor coordination
Preparing presentations, mood boards, and material schemes
Managing sample library and organization
Handling procurement, tracking orders, and maintaining project documentation
On-site support during installations and client meetings
Degree or coursework in Interior Design (or related field)
Strong organizational and communication skills
A sharp eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Previous design assistant experience
Part-time: 15-25 hours per week
