We are seeking a Procurement & Account Manager to oversee sourcing and purchasing while managing client accounts to ensure seamless project execution.
Role Overview
The Procurement & Account Manager is a key liaison between our design team, vendors, and clients. This role balances operational efficiency with relationship management—ensuring every piece ordered aligns with design intent, budget, and timeline, while keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
-Procurement & Vendor Management
-Source, negotiate, and purchase FF&E, finishes, and materials.
-Manage purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, and logistics.
-Build strong vendor partnerships and stay updated on new products.
-Ensure procurement meets budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
-Client & Account Management
-Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
-Prepare budgets, invoices, and financial tracking reports.
-Provide consistent updates on orders, timelines, and project status.
-Anticipate challenges and resolve issues proactively.
-Project Coordination
-Collaborate with designers and project managers to align purchasing with project goals.
-Track lead times and installation schedules.
-Support project installations and ensure smooth handovers.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
-3–5 years of experience in procurement or account management within interior design, architecture, or luxury goods.
-Knowledge of FF&E sourcing and industry vendors.
-Strong negotiation, organization, and time-management skills.
-Proficiency in Studio Designer, Design Manager, or similar platforms.
-Excellent communication and client service skills.
