DesignerAdvantage is seeking an experienced Project Specialist to join our growing team! This position requires an individual who has 4+ years of experience in residential interior design who is detail oriented, well organized and exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This position will be responsible for maintaining an excellent relationship with high-end interior design customers to oversee the creation of project proposals, including communication with the design team and vendors to get accurate specifications, pricing and availability of all types of products/furnishings in a high-end residential interior design project. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hard-working and a team-player who presents a positive attitude.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- providing assistance to high-end interior design firms with product pricing & availability
- communication with vendors for pricing/availability of interior design items
- proposal creation and review
- communication with the design firm/design team to complete proposals prior to deadlines
- 4+ years of experience in residential interior design industry
- experience in pricing of high-end interior design furnishings/products
- positive attitude
- highly detail oriented
- well organized
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
