Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth and project conversion in the luxury residential and commercial sectors across the Americas. This role focuses on proactive pipeline development, high-value relationship building, and delivering exceptional client solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen, operational discipline, and a polished client-service approach to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.

The Ideal Candidate
• Proven sales and business development skills, with a track record of building and managing high-value pipelines and converting luxury residential or commercial projects
• Exceptional relationship builder with a strong network or ability to efficiently connect with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors across key U.S. markets
• Highly organised with accurate CRM management, clear forecasting, and consistent reporting to meet performance metrics
• Resilient, hands-on executor who thrives in high-volume outreach, complex sales cycles, and face-to-face client engagement
• Polished brand ambassador, delivering compelling presentations and maintaining a refined, premium client experience at every touchpoint
• Collaborative and growth-oriented, working seamlessly with leadership and cross-functional teams, sharing insights to refine strategy, with potential for future leadership roles
• Experience or knowledge in electrical specification preferred but not required
Bilingual or multilingual skills [French and/or Spanish] advantageous

Job Requirements

Sales Strategy & Execution
• Proactively grow the project pipeline by leading market rollout, focusing on face-to-face sales and relationship building.
• Target and convert high-value projects >$50k aligned with quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, developers, interior designers, contractors, and agents.
• Engage with projects at every stage to track inclusion, identify risks, and provide commercial and product solutions.

Pipeline Management & Market Development
• Maintain an active and qualified pipeline at 3x quarterly sales target.
• Identify and develop at least 5 new key accounts per week with high-value project potential.
• Generate new qualified project leads weekly to build pipeline.
• Attend industry events to expand network and gain early access to future opportunities.
• Report lost project opportunities with clear rationale to support sales strategy refinement.
• Ensure disciplined CRM usage updated with accurate pipeline data and sales activity including calls, meetings and touchpoints

Client Solutions & Product Expertise
• Deliver expert guidance on solutions, specifications, and product applications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor proposals and product options to each project’s technical and design requirements.
• Provide ongoing client support right through to project delivery
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering best-in-class service, presentation, and engagement.

Reporting & Commercial Insight
• Report monthly on pipeline sales including new project highlights, win/loss analysis, and industry insights.
• Track and communicate client and segment performance trends to inform strategy.
• Maintain full visibility of the sales pipeline, by adjusting forecasts and win/loss analysis regularly via our CRM and reporting tools and or dashboards.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews, sharing strategic wins, project highlights etc.
