Working closely alongside the principal of the firm, the chosen candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, a great communicator and have a desire to grow with the company as a key member of our team. This is a great opportunity to be immersed in the design world and learn alongside very talented designers working on high caliber residential projects. Please note that this is an entirely administrative and operations-focused role. While you will be working closely with the design team, this is not a position on the designer track.

Team & Administrative Support: Provide proactive administrative support to the entire team. This includes managing all shipping and messenger accounts, tracking invoices for client reimbursement, and coordinating day-off requests and the master office schedule with the Principal.
Project & Design Support: Support the designers in all phases of their projects. This includes assisting with sample pick-ups and obtaining pricing and stock on products, and managing vendor and client coordination as needed.
Hiring & Onboarding: Manage all aspects of hiring and onboarding new employees and interns. This includes setting up new hires and working with the Junior Designers to train interns.
