Studio/Procurement Manager
Company: Stephanie Freeman Design

Location: Brookline
Salary: 50-100k
Job Description

As we are taking on more complex projects including moving into a new studio this fall, we are looking for a full-time Studio Manager to join our team. We already have strong project management tools and processes in place, but we need a no-nonsense, calm, tech-savvy creative problem-solver to be the glue of our day-to-day operations.

This role requires a candidate who is willing to pivot from small to high-level tasks throughout a given workday, who can be authoritative and take pride in the smooth-as-silk operation and chic appearance of our studio, but also jump in with innovative, efficient, tech-forward solutions to the many unique and unprecedented challenges that face a small business. Desire to work in a creative environment is a plus, but this is not a designer-track role.

Presentation preparation support – obtaining pricing, printing, gathering materials
Support marketing & social media content creation

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (many fields welcome) + minimum 3 years work experience
More seasoned / second-career candidates encouraged to apply
A jack-of-all-trades, you’re great at a lot of things, but don’t like having to pick a lane
You’re the friend or partner who organizes the travel and knows the latest life hack apps
You want to be a part of a work hard / play hard, good-vibes-only workplace
Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Canva
Social media savvy, graphic or web design experience is a plus
